About the Role
We are looking for a talent to join our team who support in various aspects of planning and implementation of successful and efficient sales and marketing. This will enable us to improve our operational efficiency and better serve our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, clerical, and customer supports for sales activities and business development activities
- Assist in all aspects to implement promotional/sales activities, such as events, publicities productions and DMs.
- Conduct English and Japanese translations of product information as necessary.
- Respond to queries by telephone, post, and e-mails received.
- Assist in preparing information to be uploaded on the Company website, refresh website content as necessary.
- Manage digital product operations and orders from direct accounts and e-commerce.
- Occasionally conduct visits to schools and trade customers to keep up on their demands and gain better sense of the market trend.
About You
Essential:
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or operations support function.
- A proactive team player and able to work independently
- Strong problem solving skill, excellent communication and organizational skills
Desirable:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the education sector
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional)
