We are a founding signatory of the Publishing Declares Climate Pledge and also a part of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Publishers Compact, which aims to inspire action among publishers to support the delivery of all 17 goals by 2030.

We are committed to promoting and acquiring content that advocates for the SDG themes, to raise awareness about the SDGs among our customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and to take action on the SDGs in our own organisation.

We are focusing our efforts on the eight SDGs where we feel we can make the most difference:

  • SDG3: Good Health & Wellbeing
  • SDG4: Quality Education
  • SDG5: Gender Equality
  • SDG8: Decent Work & Economic Growth
  • SDG10: Reduced Inequalities
