Key responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth:
Develop and execute aggressive business development strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across assigned territories and key account segments. - Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact partnerships with elite bilingual schools, international school groups, education service providers, and government stakeholders. - High-Stakes Account Management:
Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier accounts, ensuring deep engagement, long-term retention, and upsell opportunities. - Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, AQA, and Global ELT teams to align local market needs with global product strategy and delivery. - Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Provide strategic input based on deep market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to shape product positioning and go-to-market plans. - Team Influence & Mentorship:
Act as a senior contributor within the sales team, mentoring junior staff and contributing to team-wide performance and culture.
