Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow market presence and achieve business targets in Southeast Asia.
  • Lead, manage, and support country teams to ensure high performance and effective delivery of objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including schools, ministries, and educational partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at regional events, conferences, and meetings.

 

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Proven leadership experience in an International Education/ Business development role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia education market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing cross-cultural teams and working in a matrix organization
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Proven leadership experience in a regional or international education/business development role
  • Ability to travel frequently across the region
