Opportunity – the ‘what’
In this role, you will:
- Build and edit marketing web pages using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Manage and schedule updates to ensure accuracy and relevance of web content.
- Support marketing campaigns by managing digital content and collateral.
- Provide first-line support for web content issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and journal society stakeholders to deliver high-quality web operations.
Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of OUP’s marketing efforts and ensure a seamless digital experience for users and stakeholders.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Strong and proven IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in copy editing English text
- Ability to work independently and as a trusted team player
- Quick learner with a willingness to share knowledge
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using a CMS or building/editing web pages
- Knowledge of web marketing and web statistics
