Opportunity –
In this role, you will:
- Ensure accurate and timely booking of vendor invoices and track advances in SAP for timely settlement.
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations with vendors to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Process NRI and foreign payments in compliance with tax regulations, initiate NEFT transactions via NetBanking, and maintain banking records including monthly statements and bank file uploads.
- Coordinate with bankers for deposit placements/withdrawals and ensure proper documentation and timely execution of financial activities.
- Handle accounting and timely deposit and filing of TDS returns for OUP India Private Limited and Oxford University India Private Limited.
- Prepare and submit monthly GST workings, ensuring compliance with statutory timelines.
- Circulate key financial reports including GRIR, trade creditors ageing, printer advances, fund position, cash flow, and payment forecasts.
- Extract GRIR reports and conduct weekly discussions with the Production team for timely invoice submission.
- Provide accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders, including payment advices, breakups, Form 16, and other financial data.
- Support audit data preparation and miscellaneous finance-related tasks such as invoice preparation for scrap sales, payment tagging, UAT testing, and other ad-hoc requirements.

About You
Essential Criteria
- Good knowledge of basic accounting and SAP.
- Experience with banking platforms like NetBanking.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance (TDS, GST).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions and reporting.
