What will they be doing on a day-to-day basis
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for OUP print, blended, and digital products.
- Supporting the team in achieving their targets and guiding them in profiling schools.
- Mentoring the team to enhance user adoption and acquiring new schools.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives, setting budgets, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
- Managing travel, expenses, and promotional budgets.
- Strategizing marketing and workshop plans in line with OUP’s focus.
- Ensuring timely collections and efficient forecasting of stock requirements.
- Analyzing market trends and reporting to senior leadership.
- Maintaining and enhancing OUP India's public image through ethical business practices.

About You

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable institute.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage well at all levels.
- Problem-solving and creative skills with sound judgment.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and results-orientation.
