Opportunity – the ‘what’

As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective build and execution of digital direct marketing campaigns—primarily web and email, with occasional support for social channels. Your day-to-day will include building, proofreading, quality assurance, scheduling, and deploying campaigns, ensuring they meet specifications and deadlines. You’ll collaborate closely with campaign owners and other teams to optimize performance, track results, and apply insights for continuous improvement. Your work will have a direct impact on customer engagement and revenue growth across OUP.


About You

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in building email campaigns and web pages, and updating web content
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in digital marketing
  • Strong team-working skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
  • 1–2 years of work experience

Desirable Criteria

  • Fundamental knowledge of publishing and/or education
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as HTML, Photoshop, Canva, email marketing, and web content systems
  • Previous digital marketing experience
  • Experience working with social media channels
