As a Project Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and smooth flow of product data and contractual processes—key foundations of our ability to bring impactful learning resources to global markets.

For those already in a role, this position offers a positive step toward working with international teams, modern publishing systems, and structured workflows that drive efficiency and quality across the product lifecycle. You will interact closely with UK‑based teams, collaborate within a supportive Noida office environment, and gain exposure to a variety of tools such as SAP, Biblio, Salesforce, ClickUp, DAM, and Page Tiger.

The work is engaging and varied, with opportunities to support future‑focused projects, digital workflows, and continuous process improvement across our ELT publishing portfolio.


Opportunity – the ‘what’

Day-to-day responsibilities

In this role, you will support ELT Product teams in two primary areas: Contracts & IP and Product Data, along with broader administrative needs. Your duties will include:

Contracts & IP Support

  • Creating Letters of Agreement (LOAs)
  • Creating and processing New Publication Forms (NPFs)
  • Maintaining author project royalty trackers and series royalty trackers
  • Managing Salesforce archiving for packager LOAs
  • Maintaining the IP tracker in ClickUp, including running ISBNs through SAP and updating IP details
  • Supporting the UK-based Contracts and IP Leads

Product Data Support

  • Adding and updating product data in Biblio as instructed
  • Generating spreadsheets for VPIMS
  • Adding internal team access to DAM folders
  • Creating Microsoft Teams sites for new projects
  • Creating multiaccess codes for internal access and adding products to EPS console for digital code creation
  • Maintaining SAP data through product transitions, updates and corrections
  • Managing the ELT Digital Content Request Process via Page Tiger

Other Responsibilities

  • Ordering author gratis and library copies
  • Managing ClickUp onboarding, offboarding, and change approvals
  • Managing retrieval of assets from the ELT archive
  • Providing administrative support to Product Project Managers (PPMs) and Heads of Project Management & Delivery

Impact of the role

Your work will directly support project delivery, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency across the entire ELT portfolio. By maintaining accurate data and documentation, you help ensure that products progress smoothly from development to publication, benefiting project teams, authors, and ultimately our global learners. Your support also strengthens operational transparency, collaboration, and decision-making across ELT Product.


About You

Essential Criteria

  • Strong ability to work accurately with data, metadata, and product systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to follow defined workflows and documentation processes

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience providing administrative support in publishing or related fields
  • Knowledge of SAP, Biblio, Salesforce, ClickUp or similar systems
  • Understanding of Contracts and IP workflows
