About the Role

The Production Controller provides project management assistance, technical, and production support to Delivery Team Managers and Delivery Project Managers. The role ensures that ELT digital products are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. It involves supporting the full project lifecycle, from conceptualization to final release, and includes administrative, content integration, and testing responsibilities.

 

Key Accountabilities

  1. Project Management Support:
    Assist Delivery Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of ELT digital products.

  2. Product Conceptualization:
    Support the development of digital product specifications during the conceptualization phase.

  3. Asset Management:
    Receive, process, and deliver assets efficiently to support timely production.

  4. Content Integration:
    Flow content into interactive templates and make necessary amendments to ensure accurate integration.

  5. Product Testing:
    Enable effective checking and testing of digital products to ensure stability before final sign-off.

  6. Administrative Support:
    Provide administrative assistance across all project areas to ensure smooth operations.

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Education & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent relevant experience.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in a digital environment, preferably in education or publishing.
  • High literacy, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in software testing.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teaching.
