Opportunity – the ‘what’
In this role, you will:
- Manage and support a team of marketing executives to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across email, webinars, web content, and campaign execution.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to oversee campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and Click Up task workflows.
- Ensure all incoming requests from ELT Marketing stakeholders are prioritised, scheduled, and completed within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to long‑term operational planning, resource allocation, and process improvements across marketing operations.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Manage and regularly update documentation for digital marketing operations processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for the team, participating in meetings and ensuring strong communication across the department.
- Personally support delivery of digital marketing activities including building, proofreading, QA, scheduling, and deployment of email, web, and campaign assets.
- Oversee supplier management activities within agreed timeframes.

About You
Essential Criteria
- Strong and proven IT skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to copy‑edit English language text quickly and confidently.
- Trusted team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with others.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using an email automation platform such as DotDigital.
- Experience using a productivity platform such as Click Up or similar.
- Digital marketing knowledge.
