This role offers a strong opportunity for someone looking to build or advance a career in digital marketing within a global ELT organisation. As part of the Marketing Channels and Operations team, you will contribute directly to demand generation activities that support key customer segments, including K‑12, major accounts, and partnerships.
For individuals currently in a role and looking for a positive step forward, this position provides hands‑on experience executing digital campaigns across web, email, and social media channels. You will collaborate closely with campaign owners, lifecycle marketing teams, and operations colleagues, gaining exposure to content creation tools, email automation, and performance‑driven marketing processes. This is a dynamic environment where best practice, continuous improvement, and creativity play a key role in driving impact.
Opportunity – the ‘what’
In this role, you will support the effective build and execution of digital marketing campaigns across key stages of the customer lifecycle. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Managing your workload to ensure efficient and prioritized delivery of campaign tasks.
- Creating assets in Canva, PageTiger, and other platforms for use in web, social, email, and internal communications.
- Executing email campaigns based on briefs from campaign owners—responsible for building, proofreading, QA, scheduling, and deploying campaigns.
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered to accurate, targeted audiences.
- Supporting campaign owners by providing feedback and helping to improve campaign elements during execution.
- Assisting with digital campaign elements beyond email as needed.
- Completing supplier‑related tasks, including onboarding and raising purchase requisitions.
- Maintaining alignment with best practice, benchmarks, and established guidelines.
- Collaborating closely with demand and lifecycle marketing teams as well as Channels and Operations colleagues across audience segments.
Your contributions will directly influence the quality, effectiveness, and performance of demand generation campaigns across strategic customer groups.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to copy‑edit English quickly and confidently.
- Ability to create visual assets using Canva, PageTiger, or similar tools.
- Trusted team player with the ability to work independently.
- Foundational digital marketing knowledge.
- Understanding of marketing best practice.
- Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with others.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience building email campaigns using an automation platform such as DotDigital.
- Experience using a productivity platform such as ClickUp or a similar tool.
