About the Role
Introduction
Responsible for managing and overseeing the 3PL vendor’s day to day delivery as per business
requirement of OUPI. Single point of contact between 3PL and OUP team, both non-sales Operation and sales team..
Key Accountabilities
- Daily status checking of WIP/FIFO/Pending beyond SLA with 3 PL .
- Monitor the consumables/packing material stock and initiate the timely procurement.
- Monitor the Outbound vs POD status given by 3PL to ensure timely delivery.
- Co-ordinate with CS team and 3 PL team to fix the w/h related customer complaints within TAT.
- Monitor the KPI of 3PL and constant focus on improvement of service and cost.
- Ensure SLA is achieved without overtime and without additional manpower by measuring the individual productivity periodically.
- Proactive communication with 3PL with respect to OUPI business expectation like customization etc.,
- Monitor both OUPI stock and WMS(3PL) stocks periodically to ensure both the system stock matches & no discrepancy.
- Co-ordinate with CS and 3PL for scheduled Export order processing.
- Monitor the Pulping/damage/throw stock and coordinate with vendor for timely clearing the scrap.
- Co-ordinate with Accounts/Export team for customs document for exports.
- Coordinate with Marketing/Editorial/Production for errata arrangements and ensure 3PL takes action on the corrections.
- Monthly WH charge, variable charges, freight bills checking and co-ordinate with accounts for payment.
- Take appropriate actions to set suitable controls to ensure budgeted spend is controlled.
- Periodical Inventory planning and provide the Fast, Slow, non-moving details to 3PL to store at right location.
- Co-ordinate with Inventory / 3PL to complete the re-pricing activity on time..
About You
- Graduate with any Discipline
- Knowledge on MS office (Excel/word/PPT etc.,)
- Working Experience in ERP (SAP)
- Work experience in 3PL atmosphere is added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to draw assumptions from operational and financial data which drive performance improvements.
- Ability to develop and manage flexible, mutually beneficial relationships with third party providers
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientated.
