Opportunity –
In this role, you will:
- Conduct pre-sales demos of blended products in collaboration with the sales team to onboard new users.
- Ensure acquisition targets for the region are met and continuously improve the quality and quantity of demos.
- Support post-sales implementation of Oxford Advantage in both new and existing schools.
- Train teachers and academic staff, ensuring smooth integration of OUP’s LMS and blended products.
- Conduct regular school visits, training sessions, coaching, and observation to enhance academic delivery.
- Resolve complaints within 7 days and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities by identifying customer needs and collaborating with internal teams.
- Monitor LMS usage and execute innovative engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate reporting, auditing, and documentation.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in teacher training and integrated services.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of EdTech, LMS, and computer applications.
- Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working with both private and public educational institutions.
- Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and academic implementation best practices.
