You’ll be part of a collaborative team culture, working on cutting-edge blended learning solutions and learning management systems (LMS) that are transforming classrooms across the region.

 

Opportunity –

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct pre-sales demos of blended products in collaboration with the sales team to onboard new users.
  • Ensure acquisition targets for the region are met and continuously improve the quality and quantity of demos.
  • Support post-sales implementation of Oxford Advantage in both new and existing schools.
  • Train teachers and academic staff, ensuring smooth integration of OUP’s LMS and blended products.
  • Conduct regular school visits, training sessions, coaching, and observation to enhance academic delivery.
  • Resolve complaints within 7 days and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities by identifying customer needs and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Monitor LMS usage and execute innovative engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, auditing, and documentation.

 

About You

 

Essential Criteria

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in teacher training and integrated services.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of EdTech, LMS, and computer applications.
  • Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month.

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working with both private and public educational institutions.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and academic implementation best practices.
