Opportunity –
In this role, you will:
- Lead the editorial development and strategic planning for the next phase of Oxford Inspire.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Lead, sales excellence team, list heads, and Head – Integrated Services to gather market feedback and translate it into actionable product enhancements.
- Support sales teams with product demos and promotional efforts.
- Align product development with NEP and NCF guidelines, ensuring curriculum relevance and age-appropriate content.
- Plan and manage the full lifecycle of editorial deliverables, including timelines, stylesheets, and art styles.
- Guide editors in prioritizing tasks and mitigating risks throughout product development.
- Review content at all stages to ensure quality and market alignment.
- Work with marketing to develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of editors and linguists, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
Your work will directly impact the success and growth of Oxford Inspire, helping it become a leading educational solution in the market.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Sciences, Languages, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of experience in project delivery, preferably in Education, EdTech, or Publishing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage strict deadlines and budgets.
- Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with curriculum design aligned to NEP/NCF.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and supplier management.
