You will be working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams—playing an important part in ensuring that high‑quality data supports campaigns, reporting, and commercial strategy. The role offers excellent learning opportunities in CRM systems, governance, data processes, and cross‑team collaboration.

Opportunity – the ‘what’

In this role, you will support Sales and Marketing teams by delivering accurate, timely, and reliable data outputs that contribute to business value. Your responsibilities include:

  • Campaign support: Creating and maintaining targeted lists for outreach and campaigns.
  • Data quality: Supporting data quality initiatives across CRM and marketing platforms; monitoring issues and escalating when needed.
  • Process documentation: Standardising and maintaining documentation of data processes for campaign and operational use.
  • Reference data: Assisting in onboarding new data sources and building reference datasets for commercial operations.
  • Ad‑hoc support: Responding to data requests from Sales and Marketing teams with clear, actionable outputs.

You will work closely with the Head of Data & Insight, the Customer Data Analyst, and marketing teams globally to ensure aligned approaches, accurate reporting, and strong data governance.


About You

Essential Criteria

  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Understanding of data governance principles and GDPR.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a willingness to learn new tools and methods.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Criteria

  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Experience in revenue operations or marketing data processes.
