Opportunity –
As an Associate Editor, you will:
- Manage the timely production of high-quality digital and print learning materials within set budgets.
- Independently handle projects from research and inception to final sign-off.
- Quality-check manuscripts and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with authors, editors, designers, and technology partners.
- Develop content plans for English language learning products.
- Create age-appropriate and creative storyboards for digital content.
- Conceptualize, create, check, and edit digital content in various formats (video, animation, slideshows, audio, interactivities) using the latest tools.
- Conduct research using credible educational resources.
- Plan and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify, train, and develop freelance content creators/editors.
- Develop product training presentations and creative marketing content.
- Maintain and update a repository of efficiently tagged content/assets.
- Handle additional editorial tasks proactively.

About You
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound editorial and content development skills.
- Understanding of e-learning and latest EdTech developments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, Google Docs/Sheets, Adobe Suite, and at least one online course-authoring tool.
- Creativity and good visualization skills.
- Minute attention to detail.
- Understanding of pedagogy.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under strict deadlines.
- Effective organizational skills.
Desirable Criteria:
- Post-graduation in English or a diploma/certificate in Publishing.
