Opportunity –
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Assist in responding to inquiries from business units, editorial teams, and Group Legal.
- Manage workflows related to contracts, permissions (inbound/outbound), and rights selling.
- Clear third-party assets, identify risks, and help mitigate them.
- Draft contracts using templates (author contracts, rights sales contracts, permissions letters).
- Conduct text and image research, liaise with suppliers, and process copyright fees.
- Support product teams and rights sales teams with pre- and post-sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records in RMS and ensure deals are correctly set up in IPM.
- Supply customers with final files for licensing deals and keep rights customer data updated.
- Collaborate with finance and compliance teams and assist in creating IP awareness presentations.

About You
Essential Criteria
- Strong understanding of copyright law and rights/permissions best practices.
- Familiarity with legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting across cultures and organizational levels.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- High attention to detail.
