Customer Service Assistant
(Permanent Position)
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver efficient, high-quality support to our customers across multiple channels.
The appointed individual will be reporting to the Customer Services & Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and website.
- Process orders, returns, and credit/debit notes accurately using SAP.
- Resolve queries and complaints in line with KPIs and service standards.
- Support tender projects and post-delivery follow-ups.
Qualifications and Experience
- Secondary education certificate or equivalent of Front Office Operations Certificate in a qualified hospitality institution.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Computer literacy: SAP experience is an advantage.
