About the Role

Introduction

To increase the market share for the assigned product group by disseminating product knowledge and adding value to all promotional activities across the sales teams.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Generating revenue from user schools through retention and working on upsell and cross sale
  • opportunities.
  • Conduct product briefings in schools – preparing presentations and personally conducting the
  • briefings as per requests.
  • Timely completion of SLAs and SOPs.
  • Executing innovative customer engagement activities for customer delight
  • Zero open complaints in the territory beyond 7 days.
  • Working towards improving the product usage in the user schools
  • To conduct internal product training to enhance the product knowledge of the sales teams.
  • Reporting, auditing, and documentation

 

About You

 

  • Postgraduate/ graduate degree in any discipline with good communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant industry experience
  • Experience of teacher training and school teaching
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
  • Good understanding of computer application
