About the Role

To be responsible for achieving the retention and upsell of blended sales budgets in the territory assigned through planning, training, and aggressive promotion of the blended education products.

Key Accountabilities

• Planning for new business opportunities and product promotion.
• Retention and growth of market share.
• Aggressive promotion of blended educational titles in schools in the designated areas.
• Providing value-added services in terms of training, workshops, and other educational activities.
• Implementation of plans in the market.
• Ensuring proper service to our customers.
• Handling accounts and keeping close track of the blended budgets.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the relevant industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be open to travel.
• Must have market knowledge of the assigned territory.
• Solution-centric sales skills with exposure to digital.
• An understanding and appreciation of school education, the environment, structure, and key challenges within the sector.
