About the Role
Introduction
To be responsible for achieving the sales & collection budgets in the territory assigned through planning and aggressive promotion of the education products.
Key Accountabilities
- Planning for new business opportunities and product promotion.
- Retention and growth for the market share
- Aggressive promotion of educational titles in schools trade in the designated areas.
- Providing value added services in terms of workshops and other educational activities.
- Ensuring faster collection
- Implementation of plan in the market
- Ensuring proper service to our customers
- Handling of the accounts and keeping close track of the monthly collection budgets.
About You
- Postgraduate/ graduate degree in any discipline with good communication skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be open to travel
- Must have market knowledge of assigned territory
- Solution centric sales skills with exposure of digital.
- An understanding and appreciation of school education, the environment, structure and key challenges within the sector
- Thorough knowledge of the K-12 market space in both print and digital/ online.
