About the Role

Introduction

To be responsible for achieving the sales & collection budgets in the territory assigned through planning and aggressive promotion of the education products.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Planning for new business opportunities and product promotion.
  • Retention and growth for the market share
  • Aggressive promotion of educational titles in schools trade in the designated areas.
  • Providing value added services in terms of workshops and other educational activities.
  • Ensuring faster collection
  • Implementation of plan in the market
  • Ensuring proper service to our customers
  • Handling of the accounts and keeping close track of the monthly collection budgets.

 

About You

 

  • Postgraduate/ graduate degree in any discipline with good communication skills
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be open to travel
  • Must have market knowledge of assigned territory
  • Solution centric sales skills with exposure of digital.
  • An understanding and appreciation of school education, the environment, structure and key challenges within the sector
  • Thorough knowledge of the K-12 market space in both print and digital/ online.
