About the Role
OUP Pakistan is looking for an Assistant Manager Administration for our regional office in Multan. This role is responsible for managing administrative operations, including vehicle maintenance, vendor coordination, facility upkeep, and event logistics. It also oversees office and warehouse maintenance and supervises janitorial and support staff. Additionally, the position supports travel and hotel arrangements, manages government-related matters, negotiates and coordinates service and rental agreements, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management / administration function.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
