About the position
We are looking for a Sales Operations Excecutive to act as a communication channel between clients (external/internal) and the company, in decision-making, information handling, and strategic forecasts.
The selected candidate must be a creative and enthusiastic self-starter with exceptional communication, organizational and customer centric-mindset.
This role is based in Mexico City.
Responsibilities

Telephone and email support for distributors, schools, teachers, educational consultants, and the general public.

Backorder control (tracking in database and system) and communication to the client.

Evaluation and analysis of returns at the end of each season.

Control and review of corporate email accounts: pedidos@oup.com and Atencionaclientes@oup.com.

Detect sales opportunities.

Build strong relationships with clients to create medium- and long-term alliances.

Persistence to maximize order placement.

Promote the brand through service quality.

Sales report analysis.

Plan actions to meet client needs and expectations.

Follow OUP ethical policies.

Maintain internal and external databases.

Contribute to a great team spirit and high performing team
