Opportunity –
As a Territory Manager, Sales, you will:
- Drive sales and collections within your assigned territory.
- Plan and execute promotional strategies for educational products.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer retention and growth.
- Promote educational titles aggressively in the school trade.
- Provide value-added services like workshops and educational activities.
- Ensure timely collections and implementation of market plans.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor and manage accounts, ensuring monthly collection targets are met.
Your work will directly contribute to expanding OUP’s market share and enhancing its reputation in the school education segment.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- In-depth market knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Solution-centric sales approach with exposure to digital tools.
- Understanding of school education systems, structures, and challenges.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in conducting educational workshops or similar academic activities.
- Familiarity with both private and public school institutions.
