The role primarily will involve addressing customer queries and feedback, providing product information and processing orders. It may also include continuous improvement initiatives in light of ongoing processes and data-driven insights.

 

Overall, the position aims to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders by engaging with them in a friendly and professional manner, deliver exceptional experience, and nurture lasting customer relationships.

 

About You

The ideal candidate should have the following:

 

  • A strong school education with relevant degree (at least bachelor) from a recognized university.
  • High proficiency in verbal and written English language is essential.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and active listening skills are essential.
  • Good MS Excel skill.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems, multitask, manage time, and prioritize.
