About the Role
Are you passionate about numbers, coordination, and making sure the right product is available at the right time? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Planner to join our team and drive stock availability across a dynamic portfolio of local and imported publishing titles.

The incumbent will me responsible for:
-    Execute and maintain inventory plans for local and imported titles, ensuring optimal availability across the product lifecycle.
-    Reconcile inventory projections and track actual vs. planned stock performance.
-    Collaborate with Finance for quarterly budgeting and closing stock targets.
-    Generate monthly reports on stock depreciation, cover levels, sales performance, and ISBN-level analysis.
-    Work closely with UK and HK branches for intercompany procurement and imports.
-    Coordinate with local teams and 3PL partners for timely shipments, clearances, and title availability.
-    Collaborate with Editorial, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing teams to support new launches and reprints.
-    Support and facilitate S&OP meetings through data-driven insights and supply signals.
-    Maintain accurate historical records, including sales, inventory, and product transitions (ISBNs).
-    Contribute to product rationalization efforts and stock write-off strategies.
-    Develop and maintain reporting decks for key operational reviews and leadership meetings.

About You

-    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-    3–5 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or demand planning roles — preferably in publishing, retail, or FMCG sectors.
-    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
-    Experience working with cross-functional teams and ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
-    Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
-    A problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
