About the Role
Responsible for digital educational products by assisting in planning, executing, and optimizing digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Key deliverables include product management, cross-functional collaboration and market research to enhance digital offerings and driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in defining product features, specifications, and user experience to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create new digital content.
- Conduct market research and analysis trends, competition and opportunities to innovate and grow in the ed-tech space.
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of digital products within budget and meeting quality standards.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and potential challenges to internal stakeholders,
- Conduct user-testing of digital products including consolidation of market feedback
- Develop training materials for users of digital products including video and document-based content
- Develop and conduct presentations and demos of digital products at various events and schools.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- BS/BCS (Bachelor’s in Computer Science) and ideally should have some experience (1-2 years) of project or product management preferably softwares.
- Basic knowledge of programming and web technologies.
- Proficient in digital media applications and MS Office Suite.
