Oxford University Press Australia & New Zealand, a division of The University of Oxford, is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and well-organised customer service professional to join our Customer Support team on a full-time basis.
As the successful applicant, you will help us to fulfil our vision of delivering world-class customer experience with a focus on loyalty and satisfaction and of promoting OUP's customer-first culture in every interaction.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will:
- Provide information and support to all customers via phone and email
- Answer inbound digital support and customer service enquiries
- Provide testing and feedback on our digital platforms and products
- Assist with all customer service duties including data entry.
You will have:
- Experience in Customer Service and Digital Support
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of computer literacy.
