Opportunity – 

As Area Manager, Sales, you will:

  • Plan and promote new business opportunities and educational products.
  • Drive retention and growth of market share in the assigned territory.
  • Aggressively promote educational titles in schools.
  • Provide value-added services such as workshops and educational activities.
  • Ensure timely collections and implement market plans effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage accounts with close tracking of monthly collection budgets.

Your work will directly impact the sales performance and customer engagement in the region, contributing to the overall success of the Sales – School Education department and Oxford University Press.


 

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • In-depth market knowledge of the assigned territory.
  • Solution-centric sales skills with exposure to digital platforms.
  • Understanding of school education, its structure, environment, and key challenges.
