Opportunity – the ‘what’

As Manager, Academic Excellence, you will:

  • Oversee the academic implementation of Oxford Advantage in partner schools.
  • Conduct regular school visits to train teachers and ensure smooth system execution.
  • Deliver timely training sessions and Individual School Visits (ISVs).
  • Design and execute training modules for educators and conduct coaching sessions.
  • Ensure zero unresolved complaints in your territory beyond 7 days.
  • Drive 100% retention of partner schools through effective academic support.
  • Promote and enhance the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital products.
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Lead innovative customer engagement initiatives.
  • Train internal team members in your region.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, auditing, and documentation.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of the EdTech domain.
  • Experience in teacher training and integrated services.
  • Familiarity with LMS and computer applications.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 15–20 days per month.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience working with both private and public educational institutions.
