Opportunity – 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the academic journey of partner schools, ensuring high-quality implementation of Oxford Advantage and other educational solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and monitoring the execution of Oxford Advantage in schools.
• Conducting regular school visits for teacher training and implementation support.
• Delivering training modules for educators and academic leaders.
• Ensuring timely completion of training sessions and issue resolution.
• Driving 100% retention of partner schools through strong academic support.
• Promoting digital products and increasing LMS usage in schools.
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborating with internal teams.
• Executing customer engagement initiatives and training internal teams.
• Managing reporting, auditing, and documentation processes.

Your work will play a critical role in enhancing learning outcomes, strengthening school partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth.

About You

Essential Criteria

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in teacher training and academic implementation.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of LMS and EdTech tools.
• Proficient in computer applications and reporting.
• Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in integrated services or academic consulting.
• Exposure to customer success or academic excellence roles in the education sector.
