Opportunity –
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the academic journey of partner schools, ensuring high-quality implementation of Oxford Advantage and other educational solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and monitoring the execution of Oxford Advantage in schools.
- Conducting regular school visits for teacher training and implementation support.
- Delivering training modules for educators and academic leaders.
- Ensuring timely completion of training sessions and issue resolution.
- Driving 100% retention of partner schools through strong academic support.
- Promoting digital products and increasing LMS usage in schools.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborating with internal teams.
- Executing customer engagement initiatives and training internal teams.
- Managing reporting, auditing, and documentation processes.
Your work will play a critical role in enhancing learning outcomes, strengthening school partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in teacher training and academic implementation.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of LMS and EdTech tools.
- Proficient in computer applications and reporting.
- Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in integrated services or academic consulting.
- Exposure to customer success or academic excellence roles in the education sector.
