Opportunity –
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in your assigned territory. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing strategies for new business opportunities and product promotions.
- Driving market share growth through aggressive promotion of educational titles.
- Delivering value-added services such as workshops and educational activities.
- Ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong customer service standards.
- Managing key accounts and closely tracking monthly collection budgets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement market plans effectively.
Your efforts will directly support the growth of our educational offerings and strengthen our relationships with schools and educators.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and deep knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Solution-oriented sales skills with exposure to digital platforms.
- Understanding of the school education ecosystem, including its structure and challenges.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in consultative or value-based selling.
- Familiarity with both print and digital educational products.
