About the Role

To be responsible for achieving the sales and collection budgets in the territory assigned through planning and aggressive promotion of the education products.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Planning for new business opportunities and product promotion.
  • Retention and growth of market share.
  • Aggressive promotion of educational titles in schools and trade in the designated areas.
  • Providing value-added services in terms of workshops and other educational activities.
  • Ensuring faster collection.
  • Implementation of plans in the market.
  • Ensuring proper service for customers.
  • Handling accounts and keeping close track of the monthly collection budgets.

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the relevant industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Market knowledge of the assigned territory.
  • Solution-centric sales skills with exposure to digital.
  • Understanding and appreciation of school education, including the environment, structure, and key challenges within the sector.

 

Key Interfaces

  • Internal: Interface with representatives from Digital Sales, operations, academic excellence, marketing, and product teams within the organization.
  • External: School heads and teachers of private and public institutions.
