About the Role
To be responsible for achieving the sales and collection budgets in the territory assigned through planning and aggressive promotion of the education products.
Key Accountabilities
- Planning for new business opportunities and product promotion.
- Retention and growth of market share.
- Aggressive promotion of educational titles in schools and trade in the designated areas.
- Providing value-added services in terms of workshops and other educational activities.
- Ensuring faster collection.
- Implementation of plans in the market.
- Ensuring proper service for customers.
- Handling accounts and keeping close track of the monthly collection budgets.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the relevant industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Market knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Solution-centric sales skills with exposure to digital.
- Understanding and appreciation of school education, including the environment, structure, and key challenges within the sector.
Key Interfaces
- Internal: Interface with representatives from Digital Sales, operations, academic excellence, marketing, and product teams within the organization.
- External: School heads and teachers of private and public institutions.
