Opportunity –
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving digital sales targets in your assigned market through strategic planning and proactive promotion of digital products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Training and enabling the core sales team to meet digital sales goals.
- Conducting product demonstrations, briefings, and promotional workshops.
- Collaborating with the core sales team to generate and qualify leads.
- Managing proposal submissions, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
- Overseeing the full sales cycle from order to billing, onboarding, and deployment.
- Building long-term partnerships with schools through integrated service delivery.
- Monitoring new opportunities, institutions, and courses in your territory.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of digital adoption in schools and support OUP’s broader educational mission.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication skills and consultative sales approach.
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of the EdTech domain.
- In-depth knowledge of the K–12 market in both print and digital formats.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and strong knowledge of the assigned territory.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in customer-centric digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with integrated sales and service delivery models.
