About the Role Responsible for driving the digital sales budgets for the assigned market through planning and aggressive promotion of digital products.

Key Accountabilities

  • Training and enablement of core sales team on digital products to achieve their digital sales target.
  • Promoting digital products by conducting demonstrations and product briefings in qualified leads, seminars, and promotional workshops.
  • Working closely with the core sales teams to source qualified funnel for digital products.
  • Ensuring submission of proposals, negotiations, follow-ups with the core sales team for early closure, and collection of confirmation letters from schools.
  • Converting orders to billing and onboarding, deployment, and enablement of products and services in adoption schools.
  • Building medium/long-term partnerships with existing and new school customers through delivery of the Integrated Services offer.
  • Keeping track of new institutions/courses/opportunities in the assigned market.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Postgraduate/graduate degree in any discipline with good communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of prior relevant industry experience.
  • Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about the Edtech domain.
  • Consultative sales skills, Customer 360 champion to bring digital transformation.
  • Thorough knowledge of the K-12 market space in both print and digital/online.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Open to travel.
  • Must have market knowledge of the assigned territory.
