Key Responsibilities
As Manager, Digital Retention, you will:
- Manage the academic engagement of partner schools to drive revenue, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor and support the execution of Oxford Advantage programs in schools.
- Conduct regular school visits to train educators and ensure smooth implementation.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions and instructional support visits (ISVs).
- Facilitate educator coaching and execute training modules.
- Address and resolve school concerns within 7 days of acknowledgment.
- Ensure 100% retention of partner schools through effective academic implementation.
- Promote and enhance LMS usage across user schools.
- Drive adoption of digital products in the region.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams.
- Lead innovative customer engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction.
- Train internal teams and resources within the region.
- Manage reporting, auditing, and documentation processes.
Your contributions will directly impact the success of academic programs and strengthen OUP’s relationships with partner institutions.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of the EdTech domain.
- Experience in teacher training and integrated services.
- Understanding of LMS platforms and computer applications.
- Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in academic implementation and customer engagement.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
