Key Responsibilities

As Manager, Digital Retention, you will:

  • Manage the academic engagement of partner schools to drive revenue, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor and support the execution of Oxford Advantage programs in schools.
  • Conduct regular school visits to train educators and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions and instructional support visits (ISVs).
  • Facilitate educator coaching and execute training modules.
  • Address and resolve school concerns within 7 days of acknowledgment.
  • Ensure 100% retention of partner schools through effective academic implementation.
  • Promote and enhance LMS usage across user schools.
  • Drive adoption of digital products in the region.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Lead innovative customer engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction.
  • Train internal teams and resources within the region.
  • Manage reporting, auditing, and documentation processes.

Your contributions will directly impact the success of academic programs and strengthen OUP’s relationships with partner institutions.

 

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of the EdTech domain.
  • Experience in teacher training and integrated services.
  • Understanding of LMS platforms and computer applications.
  • Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month.

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in academic implementation and customer engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
