Opportunity –
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
You will support the Managing Director’s office through:
- Managing the MD’s calendar, appointments, travel schedules, and day‑to‑day administrative needs.
- Preparing communications, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
- Coordinating leadership meetings and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
- Serving as the primary liaison between the MD’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensuring smooth information flow, confidentiality, and professional handling of sensitive matters.
- Maintaining documentation, filing systems, travel and procurement records, and operational trackers.
- Managing multiple priorities efficiently and supporting administrative process improvements.
- Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and academic engagements.
- Work with vendors, logistics partners, event teams, and internal departments to ensure successful event delivery.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, branding requirements, and post‑event documentation.

About You
Essential Criteria
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree with strong communication and organisational skills.
- 10–15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience in event coordination and vendor management.
- Ability to manage confidential information and interact with senior stakeholders effectively.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience supporting MD/CEO‑level offices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for events and leadership meetings.
