About the Role

Location - Mumbai

Introduction –

• You will work closely with school leaders, teachers, regional teams, and cross‑functional internal teams, making the role dynamic, collaborative, and mission‑driven.
• The work is varied—covering academic interventions, training, product implementation, and relationship‑building—ensuring continuous learning and growth.

Opportunity – 

• Support schools with academic implementation of blended products through a mix of offline and online involvement.
• Deliver all planned academic interventions—trainings, classroom observations, and other activities—ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Address and resolve school queries or concerns by coordinating with the right internal channels.
• Collaborate seamlessly with state and regional teams to help increase the organisation’s footprint in the region.
• Conduct product demonstrations in prospective schools.
• Coach state and regional sales teams to strengthen product understanding and positioning.
• Document and report all school‑facing interventions in a timely manner.
• Drive structured and rhythmic engagement activities aimed at enhancing school delight and long‑term satisfaction.

About You

Essential Criteria

• Graduate or postgraduate degree with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Minimum 5 years of EdTech industry experience
• Ability and flexibility to travel 15–20 days per month
• Strong mindset of ownership (“Be the Cause”) with high integrity

Desirable Criteria

• Teacher‑training or teaching experience preferred
