About the position
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build, lead, engage, and develop a customer-focused team of business development executives focused in expanding the current and potential portfolio of large and Strategic accounts, creating an inclusive and inspiring work environment that supports the achievement of superior results. Responsible and accountable for the implementation of the overall strategy of offering integrated educational solutions to customers, notably the Assessment integrated offer that includes the Oxford Test of English (OTE) and Oxford Placement Test (OPT).
The selected candidates must be a creative and enthusiastic with exceptional analytical sales leadership and revenue growth experience skills.
This role should be based in Mexico City.

About You
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:
Essential:
- Sales leadership and revenue growth experience
- Educated to Degree level
- Effective analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, with clear and structured decision-making.
- People management and team engagement skills, with ability to prioritize and organize self and the work of others in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Knowledge of needs of teachers and learners or relevant market area (large institutions, congregations, chains, international schools, academic institutions
- Digital skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- C1 level of English
- Experience in using CRM
- knowledge of ELT secotro and ELT methodologies
- Management of advanced reporting tools (Power BI, Dashboards)
