Opportunity – 

As a Territory Manager, you will:

  • Plan and execute strategies for new business opportunities and product promotion.
  • Manage key accounts and drive retention and growth in market share.
  • Aggressively promote educational titles in the school trade within your designated territory.
  • Provide value-added services such as workshops and educational activities.
  • Ensure timely collections and implement market plans effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and manage accounts, ensuring monthly collection targets are met.

Your work will directly impact the growth of the Sales – School Education department and contribute to the organization's broader goals of educational excellence and market leadership.

 

About You

 

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • In-depth market knowledge of the assigned territory.
  • Solution-centric sales skills with exposure to digital platforms.
  • Understanding of the school education ecosystem, including its structure and challenges.

 

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience interfacing with school heads and teachers.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as Digital Sales, Operations, Academic Excellence, Marketing, and Product.
