Opportunity –
As a Territory Manager, you will:
- Plan and execute strategies for new business opportunities and product promotion.
- Manage key accounts and drive retention and growth in market share.
- Aggressively promote educational titles in the school trade within your designated territory.
- Provide value-added services such as workshops and educational activities.
- Ensure timely collections and implement market plans effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor and manage accounts, ensuring monthly collection targets are met.
Your work will directly impact the growth of the Sales – School Education department and contribute to the organization's broader goals of educational excellence and market leadership.
About You
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- In-depth market knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Solution-centric sales skills with exposure to digital platforms.
- Understanding of the school education ecosystem, including its structure and challenges.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience interfacing with school heads and teachers.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as Digital Sales, Operations, Academic Excellence, Marketing, and Product.
