About the Role

The purpose of this role is to carry out promotional activities and direct interactions with clients in the education sector. The goal is to explore their needs, build trust, and offer effective solutions based on our portfolio of products and services.

This role will be key in developing strategic relationships with educational institutions in the province of Neuquén and surrounding areas, promoting innovative learning materials and resources as well as the assessment offer.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect target institutions virtually and physically
  • Organize and execute an account-based activity plan to manage effective interactions with assigned accounts, be a solution provider giving OUP a competitive edge in order to achieve and possibly exceed targets
  • Establish and manage high quality customer relationships by conducting conversations with key decision makers to understand their business needs, and strategically offer an efficient and effective solution to help their organization reach their goals
  • Deliver compelling professional sales presentations to customers that are relevant to their needs, using existing OUP assets and resources available
  • Actively provide information on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities via line management to give strong insights for strategy setting
  • Continuously develop and improve portfolio and market knowledge, communication and promotional skills and tools through self-learning and active participation in training programmes
  • Carry out daily data update routines to agreed Data Quality levels
  • Contribute to a great team spirit and high performing team
  • Adhere to OUP Ethical Policies

This is a full-time role. Travelling will be required.

 

Qualifications

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:

 

Required Skills

  • University degree in English-related fields (Teaching, Translation, etc.).
  • Advanced English level (minimum B2).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs)
  • Adaptability, strategic thinking, and a positive attitude toward change.
  • Developed sales skills and techniques
  • Customer and result orientation
  • Proficiency with digital tools and technology.
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of needs of different stakeholders in ELT institutions (principal, coordinators, teachers, etc.)
